Welcome To Our New Blog!

After months of inquiry and consideration I've finally joined the 21st century world of digital one-to-one communication! Welcome to my blog!

Who am I? I am a Chiropractic Physician with advanced training and certification in sports medicine practicing in Mountain Lakes, New Jersey. I've been in practice for 25 years (!) and I also teach post-graduate seminars nationally for Chiropractors. As the title says, this blog will focus on my thoughts, observations, and reflections on all aspects of health and life. In particular, nutrition, exercise, stress management, healing principles, philosophy, research, and my own experiences from working with thousands of patients. Thank you for reading and spending your time with me. I hope you find something valuable for you, enriching for your life, or at least mildly entertaining.

  1. Always be compassionate; you never know what the person you happen to be with is going through. I emailed a patient who lost a grandson yesterday in a car crash, and my patient's daughter called for treatment today, and it turned out that it was her son that was killed in that crash ! How humbling that this young woman, who lost her son (21 years old), so tragically, came in to me the very next day for chiropractic treatment. We must be compassionate.
