Injections For Back Pain Is Risky. Try This Instead



Injections of anti-inflammatory drugs are are potentially dangerous and ineffective. A recent New York Times article pointed this out as a growing trend for patients with chronic low back pain. After Doctors Cut Their Opioids, Patients Turn to a Risky Treatment for Back Pain

One of the least risky and most effeactive treatments for patients with back pain is spinal manipulation and mobilization, and tailored specific exercise programs by Chiropractors.

12,000 New Hampshire residents aged 18-99 with low back pain were studied and found that those who received chiropractic services had less harm and bad effects from medication use, according to a recent study.  They had a 55% less likelihood of filling an Opioid prescription!
